A way of leaving your mark.......most breweries recognize the practice if is done in a tasteful way and usually has an area of some sort for that purpose....... it's amazing what you find at times such as breweries across the country represented. A surprising example was a small brewery in Wilmington, Illinois having a brewery lable from the renown Russian River Brewing in the Bay area of California and a small brewery Brickside Brewing from Copper Harbor, Michigan posted at Solemn Oath Brewing in Naperville Illinois. Brew hopheads get around. By the way, a person pairing beer with food is a Cicerone (like sommelier is to wine....see my site is educational as well)
